Panayis Panagiotopoulos

Panayis Panagiotopoulos is an Attorney at Law at the level of the Supreme Court and is a member of the Athens BAR Association since 2005.

He graduated from the Law Faculty of the School of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2003.

He continued his studies in the Law School of Northwestern University in Chicago U.S.A. (2003-2004), where he received a title of postgraduate studies (LL.M.) with specialization in Corporate Law issues and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

He is the legal advisor of domestic and international corporations handling cases and issues of corporate ventures and real estate investments. 

He has served for several years as member of the Judicial Department of a major greek bank, everafter acting as it’s external legal advisor. Moreover, he is member of the external legal team of a major Loan Servicer.

He has big judicial experience in civil law, corporate issues, foreclosure and securitization procedures and NPL’s.

He can work with ease in the English language and has language diploma in French.
